These Terms & Conditions govern your use of EmojiPop, the Android app with package name EmojiPop provides a customizable status bar, illustrated emoji battery skins, animated characters and screen pets, floating stickers, camera cutout decorations, a joke battery display, a home screen battery widget and user-assigned gestures. The app is available with advertising and an optional ad-free Premium offering. Availability of individual functions can depend on Android, device settings and permissions.<\/p>\n EmojiPop is not intended for children under 13. If you are old enough to use the app but are not legally able to enter an agreement yourself, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for your use. Any higher age requirement under local law still applies.<\/p>\n We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EmojiPop on devices you are entitled to use, in accordance with these terms and applicable law.<\/p>\n You must not:<\/p>\n You are responsible for keeping your device secure, choosing suitable gesture assignments and ensuring that you have permission to use the device and any network connection. Network and roaming charges are your responsibility.<\/p>\n The app, EmojiPop branding, software and our character and battery skin illustrations belong to Poison Studio LLC or are used under appropriate rights. Our supplied characters and skins are our own illustrations. The app does not grant rights to any third-party brand, character franchise, sports organization or trademark.<\/p>\n You keep any rights you hold in photos you select as local backgrounds. Only use photos or other material that you have the right to use. EmojiPop does not provide a public upload or sharing service for user designs; local selection of an image does not give permission to upload, distribute or commercially use someone else's trademarks or copyrighted artwork. No ownership of your selected photos is transferred to us.<\/p>\n EmojiPop is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by third-party brands or device manufacturers. Nothing in the app should be understood as granting a license to their intellectual property.<\/p>\n The ad-supported version displays advertising from third-party providers. Premium removes advertising in EmojiPop and provides full access to its content. Additional content can also be unlocked by watching rewarded video ads, so a Premium purchase is not required to access that content. Premium does not disable necessary purchases processing, content delivery, analytics or remote configuration merely by removing ads.<\/p>\n Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. The product, price, billing period and any renewal or trial conditions are shown before purchase. We do not receive your card or bank credentials. Do not purchase on someone else's payment account without authorization.<\/p>\n If you choose an automatically renewing subscription, Google Play charges the applicable renewal price until you cancel according to the terms shown at checkout. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play. Uninstalling EmojiPop does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation generally stops future renewals, with access continuing for the paid period unless the purchase terms or applicable law provide otherwise. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund rules and mandatory consumer law. No trial, refund entitlement, lifetime plan or subscription duration is promised unless expressly shown for your purchase.<\/p>\n We may change future offerings or prices. Any subscription price changes, required notices and consent will follow Google Play rules and applicable law. We will not charge you without disclosing what you are purchasing.<\/p>\n You choose whether to enable the Accessibility Service. It is used to display the custom status bar, pets and stickers, carry out gestures you assign and identify the foreground app's package name solely to hide decorations in apps you select. It does not read or collect screen text, passwords or messages and does not transmit accessibility data.<\/p>\n Camera permission is only for the flashlight gesture; the app does not take photos or record video. Notification permission, where required, is for app and service notifications. You can revoke permissions through Android settings, which may stop the corresponding features. Review gesture assignments before enabling them, especially screen lock and screenshots.<\/p>\n The Privacy Policy<\/a> explains local settings and photos, advertising, Firebase services, content delivery, purchases and your privacy choices.<\/p>\n Some functions, such as downloading content, advertising and purchases, require an internet connection. Android restrictions and manufacturer settings can affect overlays, lock screen visibility, gestures and background operation. Updates may change system requirements or features. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service, subject to your paid entitlements and mandatory legal rights. Where required, we will provide notice and any remedy the law requires.<\/p>\n Battery skins and pets are visual customization features. They do not increase battery capacity or extend battery life. The joke battery display is decorative and is not an accurate replacement for the device's actual charge indicator.<\/p>\n To the extent permitted by law, EmojiPop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, universal device compatibility or error-free performance. We take reasonable care in providing the service but cannot guarantee that every feature will work on every device or Android version. Mandatory warranties and consumer remedies remain available where the law requires them.<\/p>\n To the extent permitted by applicable law, Poison Studio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or interruption arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. You remain responsible for your own device, connectivity and use of assigned actions.<\/p>\n Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other matters protected by mandatory law. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.<\/p>\n Google Play, advertising networks, Google Firebase and our CDN provider operate under their own applicable terms and policies. Third-party links or ads do not mean that we endorse the linked products or content. Review the relevant provider's terms when you use its services. Google Play purchases are also subject to Google Play Terms of Service<\/a>.<\/p>\n You may stop using EmojiPop at any time. We may suspend or terminate the license for material misuse or a material breach of these terms, subject to any notice, opportunity to remedy and other protections required by law. When the license ends, stop using the app and remove it from your device. Subscription cancellation must be handled separately in Google Play. Termination does not remove accrued legal rights or mandatory refund rights.<\/p>\n These terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing here deprives you of mandatory protections under the laws of your habitual residence or prevents you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under those laws. These terms do not impose an exclusive governing jurisdiction or exclusive court.<\/p>\n We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app or applicable requirements. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the effective date. We will give additional notice and obtain agreement where legally required.
