Eluna Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Poison Studio LLC (“Poison Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Eluna Android application (“Eluna” or the “App”).
Data Deletion and User Requests
Eluna does not create user accounts
Eluna does not provide account registration or maintain user profiles, so there is no Eluna account to delete.
Delete data stored on your device
User-created mixes, sound volume levels, preferences, language selection, timer or alarm settings, and cached subscription status are stored locally on your device. You can delete this information at any time by:
- opening Android Settings → Apps → Eluna → Storage and cache → Clear storage; or
- uninstalling Eluna from your device.
Request deletion of analytics or diagnostic data
To request deletion of data associated with your use of Eluna, email support@poison-studio.am with the subject “Eluna Data Deletion Request”. Include your device model, Android version, Eluna version, and the approximate dates when you used the App. We may ask for an additional non-sensitive app or device identifier if it is necessary to locate the relevant records. We will respond within 30 days.
A deletion request may not cover information that has already been aggregated or irreversibly de-identified and can no longer reasonably be linked to a device or user. We may also retain information when required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of legal agreements.
Google Play subscriptions and transaction records are managed by Google. You can manage your subscription through the Google Play Subscription Center. Google may retain transaction records as described in its own privacy policy and as required by applicable law.
Information Stored Locally
Eluna may store the following information only on your device:
- user-created mixes and the sounds included in them;
- individual sound volume levels and playback preferences;
- language and interface preferences;
- sleep timer, alarm, and reminder settings; and
- cached subscription entitlement used to keep Plus features available offline.
Poison Studio does not receive the names you give your mixes or the exact content of your locally saved settings.
Information Collected Automatically
Eluna uses Google Analytics for Firebase and AppMetrica. Depending on your device, operating system settings, and service configuration, these services may process:
- App activity: screens viewed, buttons or features used, selected sound or composition identifiers, timer actions, paywall interactions, purchase outcomes, app language, and general subscription status such as “free” or “plus”.
- App and device information: app version, device model, operating system version, screen characteristics, language, network information, and technical identifiers such as an app-instance ID, Firebase installation ID, AppMetrica device identifier, or Android Advertising ID when available.
- Approximate location: a country or general region inferred from a masked IP address. Eluna does not request Android precise or approximate location permission.
- Diagnostics: crash information, stack traces, application performance, battery state, loading time, and related technical information.
- Subscription information: product identifier, product name, price, currency, purchase or renewal event, and purchase result. Poison Studio does not receive your full payment card or bank account details.
